28th Annual Lights On Celebration – Saturday, November 24, 2018

The Hollister Downtown Association invites you to attend its 28th Annual Lights On Celebration on Saturday, November 24, 2018. This wonderful family-friendly community event brings up to 10,000 people to downtown. This year’s parade, presented by PG&E, is themed “Through the Eyes of a Child” and will be led by Jaime the Elf. The celebration kicks off with a car display, featuring the Central Coast Muscle Car Classics, from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Seventh Street, Decorate-A-Tree contest from 9:00-11:00am at Veterans’ Plaza, food & merchandise vendors on the corner of Seventh and San Benito Streets from 11:00am-7:30pm, and the parade steps off promptly at 5:30pm on San Benito Street starting from Haydon Street. Pictures with Santa will immediately follow the parade in the portico area of Veterans’ Hall. Continuing are the traditional lights in the trees,bright red bows on lighted wreaths,and local community entertainment. As always, attendance and parking are free.
